- Organizations in the performing, visual, media, literary, interpretive, and multi-disciplinary arts

- Individuals and for-profit organizations
- Municipal, regional, provincial, or federal departments, branches, agencies, boards, or commissions
- Health, social service, religious, or sports organizations
- Trade guilds, trade unions, or professional associations
- Private clubs, community centres, training institutions, and universities

- Ongoing operating expenses for the organization’s activities

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are evaluated by department staff against the eligibility criteria.
- Department staff prepare funding recommendations for Regional Council.
