Processing and Agreement

- For subsequent years, the Strategy Director or Program Officer reviews the post-grant report and renewal request before funding is awarded.
- The foundation issues payment within a few weeks after renewal approval.

- Invitations to apply are extended at the discretion of the Strategy Director or Program Officer.
- You are asked to stay in close contact throughout the project and inform the foundation of major changes or challenges early.
- The post-grant report is submitted two months before renewal is due and should be marked Interim unless it is the final year.
- For the final year of funding, the final post-grant report is submitted approximately 12 months after the final award date.
