Selection criteria
- Admission average or AGPA within the scholarship range.
- Selected programs in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications may also use outstanding audition and/or portfolio.
- For the international continuing scholarship, GPA and responses about education and career goals may be used if funds are limited.
- In the Faculty of Nursing, awards are assigned to the highest admission averages within the tier limits described.
How to apply
- Apply for admission to MacEwan by the scholarship deadline for the intake term.
- For the continuing international scholarship, apply through myStudentSystem when the application period is open.
Processing and Agreement
- Applicants who meet the criteria are automatically considered for entrance scholarships.
- Successful applicants are notified by email through their myMacEwan student Gmail account.
- For the continuing international scholarship, eligible applicants are reviewed after the application closes and assigned a scholarship tier.
- For some continuing scholarships, recipients are ranked based on GPA and responses about education and career goals if funds are limited.
