Who is eligible?
- Individuals who are residents of Yellowknife for at least twelve consecutive months

How to apply

- Submit an application for the student award through the portal.
Processing and Agreement
- All applications are reviewed only after 31 May at 11.59pm MST.
- Yellowknife Community Foundation staff and Student Awards Review Committee members conduct due diligence checks on all applications in June and July.
- You may be contacted with questions about your application during the review process.
- Applicants are notified in Mid to Late July, regardless of funding decision.

- The student award is only available in even-numbered years.
- Mailed and emailed applications will not be accepted barring extreme circumstances.
