Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a Grant Committee.
- Recommended applications are forwarded to the Board for approval.
- The foundation may approve all, some, or none of the applications.
- If selected and not a qualified donee, a funding agreement is required before funds are transferred.
- Successful applicants must provide progress updates at six months and at the end of the project, or upon request.

- Only one application per organization per call is permitted.
- Joint applicants are allowed.
- Late submissions will not be accepted or reviewed.
- Applicants should avoid acronyms and explain terms fully.
