Who is eligible?
- Burlington residents only
Who is not eligible
- Schools, hospitals, public agencies, commercial businesses, for-profits, non-profits, sport organizations and teams, common interest groups and organizations, and political or religious organizations or groups
- Applicants already receiving funding or support from the City of Burlington may be ineligible

- Entertainment and marketing materials
- Equipment rental, road closure costs, and insurance
- Additional City facility or park rental time

- Purchase of any alcohol beverages, tobacco, or cannabis products; purchase of gift cards

How to apply
- Step 1: Review program criteria
- Read the program guidelines and confirm eligibility.
- Prepare the required information about your event.
- Step 2: Complete required documents
- Fill out the online application form.
- Prepare the budget template and any required consent or support documents.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Submit the online form before the event date.
- Provide the event details, support requested, and intended use of Pelham Bucks.
- Step 4: Wait for review and follow-up
- Town staff will review the request.
- You will be contacted with the next steps.
Processing and Agreement
- Town staff will review your request and get in touch with the next steps
- If approved, City staff will arrange permits and barricades for your events
- Post report is to be submitted within 30 days of your LMN completion
- A completed post-report is required in order to be reimbursed for pre-approved expenses
- All receipts must be included with post-report
