- Arts travel to adjudicated events or performance opportunities where there is evidence of an adjudication process.
Documents Needed
- A complete Submission Form signed by the Sport Governing Body, non-profit organization, or school principal, where applicable.
- Information about the event, including a copy of the registration form and event information from the website.
- Proof of an adjudication prior to an arts performance at an event.
- Proof of participation for all eligible participants, such as the score card, game sheet, results list, tournament officials’ list, or adjudication report.
- High-resolution digital photo(s) of all participants at the event.

Who is eligible?
- Sport Governing Body responsible for the sport
- Non-profits where no Sport Governing Body exists
- Arts non-profits
- Extra-curricular high school groups
Who is not eligible
- Trips where the support person would be the only individual being funded.
Eligible expenses
- Local Region travel expenses up to $200 per trip.
- Non-Local Region travel expenses up to $200 per trip.
- Roundtrip mileage from Yukon rural communities to Whitehorse up to $200.
- An additional $200 where ground travel from a community is not available.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Travel that has not received approval from the Sport Governing Body, if an affiliate of a Sport Governing Body.
- Travel for Yukon championships, including division Yukon cups.
- Travel for games such as Arctic Winter Games, Canada Games, North American Indigenous Games, Senior Games, and Western Canada Summer Games.
- Workshops, training, camps, clinics, conferences, or meetings.
- Travel where the participant is paid for participation or performance, or travel related to the sale or promotion of art.

Selection criteria
- Applications must be complete and include all required information.
- The event must be eligible under the program guidelines.
- The participants must be eligible members of the organization.
- Arts participation must include evidence of an adjudication process.
How to apply
- Submit a complete Submission Form signed by the Sport Governing Body, non-profit organization, or school principal, as applicable.
- Provide information about the event, including a copy of the registration form and event information from the website.
- Provide proof of an adjudication prior to an arts performance at an event.
- After the event, submit proof of participation for all eligible participants.
- After the event, send high-resolution digital photo(s) of all participants and proof of Lotteries Yukon recognition by email, fax, or in person within thirty calendar days.
Processing and Agreement
- Submissions must be received by Lotteries Yukon at least 10 business days prior to the event.
- Requirements post event must be received within thirty calendar days by email, fax, or in person.
- Final submissions containing all required information are processed within ten to fifteen business days upon receipt.
