• Step 3: File the full application

• Step 4: Obtain permits and complete the work
  • Apply for construction permits.
  • Carry out the approved work and keep supporting invoices and records.
• Step 5: Final inspection and payment
  • Schedule the post-work visit with the City.

  • Receive the subsidy after compliance is confirmed.
