- After the event, the London Arts Council pays artists directly upon receipt of their invoice.
- If the event is curated by the London Arts Council, artists submit invoices directly to the Council and it handles follow-up.
- If the event is curated by the event organizer, each artist submits an invoice to the organizer and completes the artist banking information form; the organizer reviews invoices, follows up on missing information, and sends completed invoices to the London Arts Council after the event.
- Only invoices with all required information will be paid.
- After the event, complete the follow-up form and upload one or two pictures.
