- Les partenaires régionaux et les fédérations sportives concernées devront compléter un formulaire de demande d’assistance financière pour la saison estivale et un deuxième pour la saison hivernale.

Processing and Agreement
- Les partenaires régionaux et les fédérations sportives concernées devront compléter un formulaire de demande d’assistance financière pour la saison estivale et un deuxième pour la saison hivernale.
- Le support from the Ministry to SPORTSQUÉBEC is conditional on the annual approval of appropriations by the Conseil du Trésor du Gouvernement du Québec and the submission of the deliverables required by the MEQ.
- After receipt of the report, an additional amount could be added to the subsidy according to the pro rata of the number of participants per request.
- One cheque per request is sent per edition (summer and winter) after analysis of the reports including the base amount and the amount according to the number of participants.
