Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed once all required information and documents are received.
- The decision is sent by mail, and by email if one was provided.
- If approved, the decision notice states the loan amount awarded.
- If refused, the notice includes the reason for refusal.
- The guarantee certificate is then provided in the online file and must be given to the financial institution.
