Who is eligible?

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill in all required sections.
    • Provide detailed answers and financial information.
  • Step 2: Get supporting signature
    • Submit the application to a Program Chair, Instructor, or Counsellor.
    • Obtain the required signature for consideration.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • The Program Chair, Instructor, or Counsellor may forward it to the Student Award office.
    • Submit by the February 28 deadline.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission to the Program Chair, Instructor, or Counsellor.
  • The form may then be forwarded to the Student Award office.
  • Award decisions are based on the information provided and supporting signature.

  • One-time award.
  • Two awards are available per school or college.
  • The application must be signed by a Program Chair, Instructor, or Counsellor.
  • Applications must be submitted by February 28.
