Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Registered charities.
  • Nonprofit organizations.

Who is not eligible

  • Organizations that are not based in Winnipeg.
  • Organizations that cannot provide a charitable number when required to receive grants.
  • Projects that are multi-week programs under Springboard Jobs.

Eligible expenses

  • Support for wages in fledgling social enterprises.

  • Multi-week programs are not funded under Springboard Jobs.
