Processing and Agreement

- Approved operators receive a POS legal agreement
- Wage Enhancement payments are made in monthly installments
- Required documentation must be submitted and approved before the first payment to the operator

- Agencies must keep records available for City review
- Funding not used in accordance with the guidelines and terms and conditions must be returned to City of Peterborough Children’s Services
- New centres and agencies that open in the current year are eligible to apply for wage enhancement/HCCEG funding
- Agencies must apply annually if they want to continue to receive Wage Enhancement funding
