Who is eligible?

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application
    • Download and print the form, or apply online through play.barrie.ca.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • Bring the completed form to Allandale Recreation Centre, East Bayfield Community Centre, or Peggy Hill Team Community Centre.
    • Parents or guardians can also submit the application online for the participant.
  • Step 3: Verify eligibility in person
    • Visit a community centre in person to show proof of age and have a photo taken before receiving the pass.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities last.
  • Applicants must finalize registration in person to receive the pass.
  • The City may confiscate the pass if it is used fraudulently.
