Who is eligible?
- Applicants currently enrolled in a minimum two (2) year fully accredited nursing, cardiology, pulmonary or general medical education program.
- Applicants who have already successfully completed at least 50% of this program.
- Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
- Applicants with a permanent address within a 100km radius of Red Deer and eligible and willing to work within a 100km radius of Red Deer.
- Applicants eligible for employment with Alberta Health Services within the Red Deer area and residents of the region for a period of six months prior to Scholarship award.

- Applicants outside the Red Deer area
- Applicants in programs that are not fully accredited
