Who is eligible?

  • Natural persons financially admissible to legal aid.
  • A group of persons whose members are natural persons financially admissible to legal aid.
  • A non-profit legal person whose members are natural persons financially admissible to legal aid.

Eligible expenses

  • Honoraires, débours and fees referred to in article 5 of the Act.
  • Court disbursements and rights payable for services rendered by officers of the land register.
  • Administrative fees established at 50$, except when legal aid is obtained for services under paragraph 1.1 of article 4.7.
