Eligible expenses
- Private-side lead service replacement work, including excavation, piping, fittings, backfill, and final grading.
- New water meter package.
- Building permit.

- Internal building plumbing lines or fixtures.
- Above-grade restoration work such as lawns, landscaping, driveways, and walkways.
- HST and other taxes or fees.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are assessed after the intake period closes.
