How to apply
- Step 1: Choose the category
- Select either Grand Public or Youth.
- Use the corresponding participation form.
- Step 2: Prepare the submission package
- Complete the participation form.
- Prepare six copies of the book.
- Prepare the author’s CV with previous publications.
- Step 3: Send the application to ACS
- Mail the full package to ACS in Montreal.
- Ensure it is received by December 12, 2025.
Processing and Agreement

- Winners are announced at the annual gala in spring.
