- Current jury members
- Self-nominated candidates or externally nominated candidates

Selection criteria
- Written in French.
- Belongs to literature: poetry, novel, short story or tale, theatre, or literary essay.
- The work is considered as a body of work, not a single publication.
- Published at least three months before the jury’s first meeting.
How to apply
- Step 1: No application submission
- Self-nominations are not allowed.
- Nominations by others are not allowed.
- Step 2: Jury review
- The jury considers only proposals made by its own members.
- A decision is made at a jury meeting.
Processing and Agreement
- Selections are made by a five-member jury appointed by the Foundation’s board.
- The jury meets to decide the laureate, with a Foundation representative present to ensure compliance with the rules.
- The Foundation cannot refuse the jury’s decision.
