- The FMC+ fund doubles the campaign's financial target upon successful completion, up to a maximum contribution of $50,000.
- Campaigns must have a minimum financial target of $5,000 on La Ruche, leading FMC+ to double it to a minimum of $10,000.
- There is no maximum campaign target on La Ruche, but the FMC+ contribution cannot exceed $50,000.
- The project must collect contributions that fulfill the financial target within the predefined campaign time to receive contributions from both contributors and FMC+.
- The total amount collected must enable project realization and fulfillment of promised rewards.
- 80% of the FMC+ contribution is disbursed within 45 days after the payment stage on Stripe ends.
- The remaining 20% of the FMC+ contribution is conditional upon receiving the accountability survey and a declaration confirming the accuracy and expenditure of budgeted amounts.
- Individual and corporate contributions must primarily achieve the campaign's financial goals.
- A contribution from an individual or organization cannot exceed 20% of the campaign's financial target.
- FMC+'s contribution remains as set at the campaign's launch, even if more than 100% of the target is raised.
- Strict adherence to financial reporting requirements, allowing the FMC+ committee to refuse final payment for reasonable cause or incomplete accountability reports.

- The project cannot aim solely at fundraising to finance scholarships for distribution by an organization.
- The project should not relate exclusively to recycling.
- The project must be new and well-defined, with specific financial campaign goals and timelines.
- Promoters must comply with sustainable development principles within their business operations.
- The project must not have received additional national public funding or support from RECYC-QUÉBEC for the same project.
- Expenses must be credible and related to the project's impact.
- The campaign must have financial contributions primarily achieved through the sale of counterparty benefits, with individual contributions limited to 20% of the campaign's target.
- The campaign must include at least one corporate contribution and reach the financial target through individual and business contributions.
- For campaigns with objectives ranging from $5,000 to $24,999, a minimum of 50 contributors is required; for campaigns with objectives of $25,000 and up, a minimum of 100 contributors is needed.
- The promoter must have a Stripe account; if under 18, a sponsor must be an adult.
