The FMC+ grant, a joint initiative by RECYC-QUÉBEC and La Ruche, offers a maximum funding of $50,000 to innovative projects in Quebec that focus on waste reduction at the source, material reuse, and pollution prevention. Projects related to recycling are not eligible under this program.

grant_single_labels|terms_and_conditions

  • The FMC+ fund doubles the campaign's financial target upon successful completion, up to a maximum contribution of $50,000.
  • Campaigns must have a minimum financial target of $5,000 on La Ruche, leading FMC+ to double it to a minimum of $10,000.

  • The project must collect contributions that fulfill the financial target within the predefined campaign time to receive contributions from both contributors and FMC+.
  • The total amount collected must enable project realization and fulfillment of promised rewards.
  • 80% of the FMC+ contribution is disbursed within 45 days after the payment stage on Stripe ends.
  • The remaining 20% of the FMC+ contribution is conditional upon receiving the accountability survey and a declaration confirming the accuracy and expenditure of budgeted amounts.
  • Individual and corporate contributions must primarily achieve the campaign's financial goals.
  • A contribution from an individual or organization cannot exceed 20% of the campaign's financial target.
  • FMC+'s contribution remains as set at the campaign's launch, even if more than 100% of the target is raised.
  • Strict adherence to financial reporting requirements, allowing the FMC+ committee to refuse final payment for reasonable cause or incomplete accountability reports.
