Eligibility

Who is eligible?

How to apply

  • Step 1: Pre-consultation
    • Book a pre-consultation with Municipal staff, if needed.
    • Confirm the requirements for a complete application.
  • Step 2: Prepare application
    • Complete the online application form.
    • Prepare the cover letter and required supporting materials.
    • Gather estimates, drawings, photos, and other requested information.
  • Step 3: Submit application
    • Submit the completed application to the Community Planning Department through CloudPermit.
    • Provide any additional information requested by Municipal staff.
  • Step 4: Review and decision
    • Municipal staff review the application and make a recommendation.
    • Successful applicants are notified after the approval process.
  • Step 5: Agreement and payment
    • Sign the required legal agreement if approved.
    • Complete the project, provide proof of completion, and receive the incentive after inspection.
