Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Municipal staff after they are deemed complete.
- Review and approval may take one to three months.
- Successful applicants are recommended to Council or its delegate.
- Approved projects require a legal agreement with the Municipality.
- Funding is issued after project completion and, where required, inspection and proof of costs.
Additional information
- Applications are handled on a first-come, first-served basis for the Main Streets and Rural Economic Development programs.
- A pre-consultation meeting with Municipal staff is available before applying.
- Approved applicants must enter into a legal agreement with the Municipality.
- Annual reporting may be required for projects involving affordable housing.
