Processing and Agreement

- Other applications are reviewed by the Chief Financial Officer and considered by Council at the earliest possible meeting.
- Successful applicants must sign an agreement with the Municipality before payment is made.
- Applicants are notified of the status after Council’s budget adoption or review.

- Only one application per organization is considered each calendar year.
- Applications must be submitted before project start.
- Recipients must acknowledge the Municipality of Lakeshore’s support.
