Processing and Agreement
- Requests are analyzed according to the priority sectors and evaluation criteria in the policy.
- The Donations and Sponsorships Committee may request additional information during analysis.
- Analyzed requests are submitted to an approval committee, and a second-level approval may be required depending on the request.
- A written decision is sent within 30 business days of receipt of the request.
- Approved requests require a co-signed agreement; if the agreement is for more than one year, its maximum duration is three years, and La Caisse may require a report on fund use or a presentation of project impact.
