- KBDC may inspect books, accounts and records, make inquiries and credit checks, and obtain other information necessary to evaluate the application and/or the resultant project.
- The applicant agrees to give KBDC representatives access to the site and premises of the project described in the application.
- Information provided in the application may be used by KBDC to determine creditworthiness.
- Financing decisions are made at the community level by the local boards of directors.
