How to apply

  • Step 1: Pre-consultation
    • Contact Economic Development staff to review eligibility, the applicable project area, scope of work, timing, permits, and required documents.
  • Step 2: Prepare application
    • Complete the application form.
    • Gather supporting documents, quotes, plans, and proof of ownership or lease.
  • Step 3: Submit application
    • Submit the completed application directly to the Municipality of Kincardine through the program application form.
  • Step 4: Review and Council decision
    • Municipal staff review the application, score it, and present a recommendation to Council for the final decision.
  • Step 5: Agreement and project start
    • If approved, sign the agreement before starting work.
