  • Applicants who have not yet met the experience level expected for emerging or established artists.

  • Artistic supplies and materials.
  • Costs linked to artistic learning, experimentation, development, portfolio development, and self-marketing.
  • Expenses related to large-scale artistic activities and creating new work.
