- Inuit creatives from all disciplines.
- Established artists and emerging artists with sufficient experience in their practice.

- Visual artists living in Ontario for the Sutaarutit stream.
- Applicants who have not yet met the experience level expected for emerging or established artists.
Eligible expenses
- Artistic supplies and materials.
- Costs linked to artistic learning, experimentation, development, portfolio development, and self-marketing.
- Expenses related to large-scale artistic activities and creating new work.
