    • Enter the username and password provided by email.
  • Step 2: Find your community
    • Look under Inbox to find the communities linked to your proposals.
    • Select the community where you want to deposit documents.
  • Step 3: Upload documents
    • Drag and drop the documents from your file explorer into the center of the portal.
  • Step 4: Recover access, if needed
    • Use the password reset option if you have lost your password.
    • Enter the email address associated with the account to receive a reset link.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first screened for eligibility.
