Overview
This bursary provides up to $1,000 per individual or group applicant to help offset training program fees. It supports co-op management or co-op development training through the CWCF Worker Co-op Academy, CoopZone Co-op Developer training, or other approved professional development in the Canadian co-op sector.

Eligibility
- The applicant must require financial assistance to pursue professional training.
- The training must relate to co-op management or co-op development.
- The training must be within the Canadian co-op sector (or be approved as an eligible professional development opportunity).
- Priority is given to applicants who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other People of Colour (BIPOC).

- The fund was established in 2022 as part of a Racial Justice Action Plan developed by the CWCF’s Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDDI) Committee.
- Applications remain open until the available budget is fully allocated.
- Early submissions are encouraged.
- Funded training must be completed and reported by August 24, 2025.
