Prepare application materials
- Prepare a project description stating the need for assistance, the requested amount excluding taxes, the overall budget, and the schedule
- Explain the expected benefits of the proposed project or activity

- Confirm your Charitable Business Number
- Provide the contact person’s name, address, and telephone number(s)
- Make nine copies of the full application package and supporting information
