How to apply
- Complete the IP Clinics Program grant application form.
- Submit the completed form before the deadline.

Processing and Agreement
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be contacted in writing once the selection process is completed.
- Successful applicants will receive a grant agreement for review and signature before the transfer of funds.
- Payments will be made in accordance with the payment schedule set out in the grant agreement.
- Eligible recipients must submit a final report after project completion, including proof of concept and benefits achieved.
- Recipients are assessed yearly to ensure they continue to meet eligibility requirements.
