  • Contingency costs (as part of eligible expenses, within the 75% cap).

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed in the order they are received (first come, first served).
  • The Ministry verifies that the project meets the program’s eligibility requirements and that the applicant is eligible.

Additional information

  • A single applicant may submit more than one application under the program.
  • Field-scale demonstration trials generally cover up to 10% of the total volume to be treated, with a usual maximum of 500 m³ of soil per trial; exceptions may be approved by the Ministry.
  • The application must explain how the proposed demonstration trial includes an innovative element (for Québec) aligned with the program’s innovation categories.
