Eligible expenses
- Marketing and communications costs, including staff salaries, advertising, digital campaigns, and marketing tools.
- Sales enablement costs, including sales staff or consultant salaries and sales management tools.
- Market development costs such as customer validation, market research, channel development, and export readiness.
- Legal and commercialization-related costs, including contract development and review, and IP protection or trademark and patent filings.
- Consulting, localization, and launch campaign costs related to go-to-market activities.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Retrospective costs incurred before approval.
- Ongoing activities and expenses not tied to the project.
- Capital equipment purchases.
- R&D, product development, or manufacturing.
- Office rent, depreciation, internal overhead, and in-kind contributions.

- Applications are reviewed and adjudicated after submission.
