Eligibility
- The applicant must be a research institution, a technology transfer establishment, a diffusion center, or an association/group of businesses, depending on the program component.
- The project must focus on the agricultural production or food processing sectors, excluding activities related to algae, fish, or seafood.
- The objectives and activities of the project must align with research, technological adaptation, or knowledge transfer in the agri-food sector.

Additional information
- The Innov'Action agroalimentaire Program ended on March 31, 2023 and has been replaced by the Programme Innovation bioalimentaire 2023-2028.
- Applicants are encouraged to consult the Ministry's website or follow its Facebook page for recent updates and successor programs.
- Activities related to production or processing of algae, fish, and seafood products are not eligible under this program; refer to the Innovamer Program for such activities.
- The MAPAQ has issued a policy on responsible conduct in research which applies to supported research and innovation activities.
