Who is eligible?

  • Businesses producing cereals, grain corn, and oilseeds.
  • Businesses participating in AGRI programs.

  • Farm businesses listed in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA), including subcontractors.
  • Farm businesses that failed to meet obligations after a formal notice linked to previous financial assistance.
  • Farm businesses that did not declare eligible production units in their AGRI financial data declaration.

  • Costs related to carbon pricing on greenhouse gas emissions from farm machinery use in the fields.

  • Costs not related to carbon pricing for farm machinery use.
  • Activities outside eligible cereal, grain corn, and oilseed production.
