How to apply
- Step 1: Register or update your Diapason profile
- Sign up as a client partner in the Diapason online service.
- Update your organization profile before submitting a new request.
- Step 2: Complete the online application
- Open a new Aide aux projets (Appel) request in Diapason.
- Enter the project description, objectives, team details, and financial information.
- Step 3: Attach the required documents
- Upload the mandatory forms and supporting documents requested by the program.
- Add a partner commitment letter if applicable.
- Step 4: Review and submit
- Check the summary page in PDF format.
- Confirm the information and submit the application through Diapason.
Processing and Agreement
- The Ministry reviews the application and may use external expertise.
- Only selected applications are funded within the available budget.
- If additional information is needed, the applicant is notified by email.
- A signed funding conditions document is required.
- The beneficiary must submit a final accountability report after the project ends.
