- Organizations without a meaningful connection to Alberta commercial transportation

Processing and Agreement
- Expression of Interest is reviewed first for eligibility and alignment.
- Shortlisted organizations are invited to submit a full application.
- Applications are screened, then scored by an Adjudication Committee.
- The Ministry makes the final funding decision.
