- Provincial and territorial governments, institutions, agencies, and Crown corporations.
Eligible expenses
- Staff wages, benefits, and mandatory employment-related costs.
- Training, professional development, and professional fees.
- Participant costs, travel, transportation, and wrap-around supports.
- Marketing, communications, materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Overhead and administrative support costs.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are assessed through negotiations and, for new recipients, a capacity readiness assessment.
- Funding decisions are made by the Minister.
- Agreement terms specify reporting requirements and payment conditions.
- Final payment is issued after eligible expenditures are finalized and reviewed.
