How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Describe the organization’s mission, action plan, and budget.
    • Gather the required legal and financial information.
  • Step 2: Submit to the Secretariat
    • Send the complete application to the Secrétariat before the deadline.
  • Step 3: Review and decision
    • The Secretariat reviews eligibility and completeness.
    • Additional sectoral review may be requested if needed.
    • Receive an acceptance or refusal letter.
  • Step 4: Agreement and funding
    • If approved, sign the funding agreement when required.
    • Funding is then paid according to the program rules.

  • Applications are reviewed by the Secretariat for eligibility and completeness.
  • Applications may be sent to relevant departments and agencies for sectoral review.
  • Applicants receive an approval or refusal letter.
