- Indigenous governments under a self-government agreement, a land claims agreement, or a modern treaty
- Indigenous communities or groups, such as chiefs councils, tribal councils, or organizations
- Organizations, corporations, associations, or institutions led by Indigenous people or serving an Indigenous population, including corporations whose principal shareholders are Indigenous
