- Inuit visual artists living inside Ontario for the Sutaarutit stream.
- Applicants seeking tuition funding.

- Subsistence expenses such as rent, gas, utilities, and child care.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Tuition costs.
- Expenses not aligned with the approved project budget or another funding application.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by an external all-Inuit Peer Assessment Committee.
- Applications are assessed using stream-specific evaluation criteria.
- Applicants are notified of the decision after review.
- Successful applicants must complete the proposed work within 12 months of receiving funds.
- Recipients must submit a final report and may provide feedback directly to a Program Officer.

- Applications can be submitted in English or Inuktut, with translation support provided.
