Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a committee made up of Indigenous community members.
- Projects are assessed against readiness and sustainability, impact, and viability.
- Successful applicants are notified and must complete required agreement documents.
- Funding is released in stages after documents are completed and the final report is submitted.
Additional information
- Applications will open in summer 2026.
- Successful applicants must sign agreements with the City of Toronto.
- Successful applicants receive 90% of the funding after required documents are completed.
- The final 10% is released after the final report is delivered.
