- Organizations applying for direct service delivery or program expansion
- Political or religious organizations

How to apply
- Step 1: Create an ONAIS account
- Register in the Online Application and Intake System.
- Review and validate the organization profile before applying.
- Step 2: Prepare the application
- Complete the required organizational and project information.
- Prepare the work plan, budget, and supporting information requested in the application.
- Step 3: Submit online
- Submit the completed application through ONAIS.
- Keep the confirmation email sent within 24 hours as proof of receipt.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are confirmed by email within 24 hours of submission through ONAIS
- Eligible applications are reviewed and not all will be approved
- Decisions are communicated by email, with decisions expected in summer 2022
- Approved applicants are contacted by a program officer and must sign an agreement before starting activities
- Progress reports and a final report are required under the funding agreement
Additional information
- Applicants can only submit one application for this call for proposals.
- Funding decisions are final and there is no appeal process.
- Approved projects must not begin before the agreement is signed.
- Successful projects are announced by the Minister, and public announcements must wait until then.
