  • For Accelerator, the clinic’s ability to become or remain sustainable by raising about 70% of operating costs through revenue.
  • For Accelerator, the viability of the sustainable business plan and the organization’s capacity to succeed.
  • For Incubator, responsiveness to community demand for veterinary services.
  • For Incubator, the success of community engagement and culturally competent service delivery.
