The project must be carried out by registered impact-driven businesses at the Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ) in the following legal forms: Corporation, Partnership, Cooperative, Social Economy Enterprise, or Non-Profit Organization.
Applicant must not have received other national public funding for the same project or support from Développement économique Canada (DEC).
