Applicant is a charitable organization (U.S. organizations have a 501(c)(3); non-U.S. applicants can provide documentation to confirm equivalent charitable status if requested).
Project is consistent with ICANN’s mission and aligned with the program’s objectives.
Applicant can meet ICANN due diligence standards.
Applicant has no conflicts of interest.
Applicant has a bank account in the organization’s name.
