How to apply

    • For some programs, apply through Spruce the Bruce first when it is open.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Township’s Downtown Improvement Grant Committee.
  • Applications are assessed for timing, fit with program guidelines, funding availability, and applicant capacity.
  • Incomplete applications are not accepted.
  • If approved, funds are paid after project completion and proof of eligible expenses.

Additional information

  • One application per property is accepted for the Community Energy Efficiency grant.
  • Spruce the Bruce applicants may be automatically considered for Township funding in some programs.
  • The Township may change or discontinue programs without notice.
