Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a five-member Basilian committee.
- The committee makes recommendations to the Superior General and his Council.
- Funding is authorized after their review and any additional information considered.
- Applicants are informed of the decision by June 30.
- Approved non-Canadian entities must sign an Agency Agreement before funds are disbursed.
Additional information
- Applications must use the current year’s form provided by the Basilian Fathers.
- Applications must be clear, complete, and typed in English.
- If the organization has received prior funding, Section 3: Assistance History must be completed.
- Funds for use outside Canada are paid in U.S. dollars at the exchange rate on the cheque date.
