  • Download the Housing Stability Referral Form
  • Submit your completed application, signed and dated, along with all required supporting documentation, to Chatham-Kent Housing Services by email, by mail, or in person

Processing and Agreement

  • Applicants may be added to a waitlist if the program is full.
